great place that shows the history of all of linn county
This has got to be the most amazing museum I have ever seen. It is chock full of stuff to look at and interesting stories to read. I will be back again and again to absorb all of it. It us well laid out, it's like walking down the street peeking into the store windows. I especialy liked reading the stories of the people who passed through on the Oregon trail. And... it's free! Although I did make a donation, it was well earned. I loved it!
A nice out of the way museum. Lots of interesting items, including an original carriage from the Oregon Trail. The movie Stand By Me was also filmed in the town. The cute old couple was very nice. It's free, but I tipped $5 because they were so nice
Interesting place to stop. A lot of history and fun to look at the train cars.
A real hidden treasure inside. Well presented and displayed, very interesting
